Vancouver developer, Adera Development Corporation, has won a ‘Gold Nugget’ in a competition sponsored by the Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco. This award of merit was achieved for Legacy in the category of the best international residential project. Legacy is a 55-residence new-home development on the campus of the University of British Columbia and is scheduled for completion in 2008.
